Our Mission
We are dedicated to creating an inclusive culture that fosters awareness, belonging, creativity, and joy at our diverse and multicultural organization, SalesLabX. We work on creating accountability across the organization and providing a supportive space for teammates to discuss and learn about.
We research and provide educational resources, so we can all learn and set up for success
We nurture a collaborative culture through workshops, team activities, and cultural events
We make recommendations to organization policies for change and implementation
We review our progress made on a quarterly basis to find areas of growth and reach our goals
