Terms & Conditions

Monthly Subscription:

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms:

Once you subscribe and are off the waitlist, SalesLabX will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee immediately. SalesLabX will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at your locked in Monthly Subscription rate until you cancel your subscription.

Cancelations to SLX™ Unlimited Subscriptions must be made via email at least 2 weeks prior to next month's billing date. Cancelation from the signer/account before completion of the (12) month contract period will result in a $15,000 fee or the remaining amount on the contract (whichever is lower).

Unlimited plans are capped at 3 concurrent tasks, tasks are defined by the project manager. SalesLabX does not maintain/guarantee GDPR/opt-in compliance as part of our scope. We can not give advice or provide guidance in any legal capacity even if it is in regard to previously related scope.

SalesLabX reserves the right to terminate subscriptions. All assets and campaigns will be created/sent as approved and final review and approval will always be up to the account POC. SalesLabX does not hold liability for any assets/campaigns created.

Additional work for components that appear out of the scope of work will be charged [$150] per hour New components that are not described in the scope of work will be assessed in a new estimate.

Business day count starts only after the client provides all resources requested, such as images, contact details, etc. Usage rights: After the work is completed and payment has been received, the client will own the rights to any designs.

In the case of project cancellation after the work has started, the client will pay for the relative part of the work.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes! You will get unlimited 45 minutes sessions with your dedicated Pardot expert whenever you need.

How am I billed?

One flat fee every month, this will be auto-billed every month on the same day as your initial sign on.

Is there a term?

You will be billed monthly on a minimum of a 12 month term, this gives you time to build a strategy together with your dedicated Pardot expert.

What if I have a immediate question?

You can book same day session with live screen share, whenever you need!
